2. Contest will begin on August 10, 2002 and will terminate October 1, 2002 at 12 am EST. Winners will be selected by October 10, 2002.

3. Entrant is permitted one (1) entry per day through adiamondisforever.com for the duration of the contest. Entrant may additionally increase number of entries by forwarding the provided contest notification email to others. For every one (1) person to whom the provided forwarding form is sent according to sponsor's instructions, one (1) additional entry will be made on behalf of the forwarding party. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, not received, late or misdirected entries, system failures or disruptions. Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue the sweepstakes at any time.

4. Fifty (50) diamond jewelry pieces will be awarded by drawing from a pool of eligible entries. An eligible entry is defined as any entry wherein the entrant fills in their name and e-mail address on the entry form and subsequently submits that form. A random computer script will determine the winner from the pool of eligible entries.

5. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries.

6. The prize awarded will be fifty (50) diamond solitaire necklaces, each of a ½ carat (with a weight variance of .02 cts.) manufactured by Hammerman Bros.. Approximate current retail value of $1,800. Notification will be via e-mail. All prizes not claimed by December 31, 2002 will not be awarded.

7. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to do so will be considered an abdication of prize. All taxes are the responsibility of winner.
