2. Contest will begin on November 15, 2002 and will terminate January 1, 2003 at 12 am EST. Winners will be selected by January 7, 2003.

3. Entrant is permitted one (1) entry per day through adiamondisforever.com for the duration of the contest. Entrant may additionally increase number of entries by forwarding the provided contest notification email to others. For every one (1) person to whom the provided forwarding form is sent according to sponsor's instructions, one (1) additional entry will be made on behalf of the forwarding party. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, not received, late or misdirected entries, system failures or disruptions. Sponsor reserves the right discontinue the sweepstakes at any time.

4. One (1) grand prize and twenty-five (25) runner-ups gifts will be awarded by drawing from a pool of eligible entries. An eligible entry is defined as any entry wherein the entrant fills in their name and e-mail address on the entry form and subsequently submits that form. A random computer script will determine the winner from the pool of eligible entries.

5. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

The grand-prize awarded will be a pair of two-carat total diamond weight ear studs set in 14 kt white gold (minimum quality of H-color and SI1 clarity, approximate retail value of $13,000.00), two tickets to Super Bowl XXXVII, airfare for two to San Diego, and a 2-night stay in San Diego hotel accommodations. 9. Notification will be via e-mail. All prizes not claimed January 25, 2003 will not be awarded.

10. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to do so will be considered an abdication of prize. All taxes are the responsibility of winner.
