2. Contest will begin on June 1, 2001 and will terminate September 30, 2001 at 12 am EST. Winner will be selected October 1, 2001.
3. Entrant is permitted as many entries as they'd like through adiamondisforever.com for the duration of the contest. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, not received, late or misdirected entries, system failures or disruptions. Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue the sweepstakes at any time.
4. One (1) diamond solitaire necklace and either on Marilyn Monroe Diamond Collection DVD Box Set or one Marilyn Monroe Diamond Collection VHS Box Set will be awarded by drawing from a pool of eligible entries. A random computer script will determine the winner from the pool of eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries.
5. The prize awarded will be the diamond necklace with an approximate retail value of $2,000 and one Marilyn Monroe Diamond Collection Box Set on DVD or VHS (approximate retail value $40-100*). Notification will be via mail. If the prize is not claimed by October 31, 2001, it will not be awarded.
6. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release within ten (10) days of notification. Failure to do so will be considered an abdication of prize. All taxes are the responsibility of winner.
7.
