A WALK IN THE PARK
Steve and I practically do everything together. So when he proposed to me on one knee with a brilliant round diamond solitaire engagement ring in his hand, I was overwhelmingly surprised. I actually cried.
That morning, we walked our dog in Central Park. In the middle of our conversation, he excitedly directed my attention to something behind me. I turned around and saw a white banner covering the rock landing where we had our first date. In spray-paint, it read, Will you marry me? When I turned back around, he was down on one knee holding the ring that represented our future together. I told him that there is nothing else I'd rather be than to be his wife.
