Drive-thru Surprise
Chris and I had always talked about neat ways to get engaged, but his surprise definitely beat them all. While I was working in the drive-thru at a local bank, Chris would stop by every day to say “hi.” However, on May 20, he came by for a different reason. He was in the far lane, and put something into the tube and sent it to me. When I got the tube, I opened it up to find a beautiful marquise diamond ring with baguettes on each side. I screamed, and everyone thought I had been robbed, but it was only my heart that had been stolen.
